It’s not the first time this year when T-Mobile has some bad luck. This seems to follow the services it provides. Some time ago, Sidekick users suffered from a service interruption because of a server outage, the whole network was down a few weeks ago, and not yet another outage hit its users.
The good news is that the mobile carrier quickly responded so all the problems were fixed after T-Mobile’s engineers identified the malfunctioning equipment. Needless to say, even with this problems, a study revealed that T-Mobile’s customers are the happy with the services it offers, so, no harm done.
