iphone4Not a very good marketing move, since you’d expect to find the iPhone on Vodafone UK’s shelves for Christmas. Yet it seems like the mobile carrier didn’t manage to deliver the smartphone for the holidays, so it will hit the stores in January 2010. Also, the mobile carrier is the first to allow  customers to use their iPhones as a modem - starting at £5 to download 500 MB

UK customers will be able to have the iPhone for £30 a month on a 24 months contract. This price doesn’t include the actual device, for which users will have to pay a price ranging from £59 (iPhone 3G 8GB) to £239 (3GS 32GB). All contracts will include 1GB monthly data limit on mobile internet.
